Resource packs
Resource packs add credits to your account after checkout. Refund eligibility may depend on whether credits have been used, reserved, or granted as part of a promotion.
If a provider task fails after credits are reserved, AIGC Studio should refund unused reserved credits through the usage ledger automatically where possible.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are planned as recurring credit allowances. Subscription refunds, cancellations, and credit release rules should follow the checkout terms shown at purchase time.
Yearly subscriptions may use upfront credits or scheduled releases depending on the final pricing plan.
Provider failures
Provider outages, invalid inputs, safety blocks, or unsupported parameters may affect generation results. Failed generation tasks should be reflected in the task status and credit ledger.
