Using the service

SWRFlow provides an AI creative workspace for generating, organizing, and reusing image and video assets. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.

You must use the service in compliance with applicable law, model provider policies, and the rights of other people and organizations.

Credits and subscriptions

SWRFlow may offer resource packs, monthly subscriptions, and yearly subscriptions. Credits are product units used to reserve and settle generation tasks; they are not cash, stored value, or a direct mirror of provider cost.

Generation tasks may reserve estimated credits first, then commit actual usage or refund unused reserve when the task settles.

Acceptable use and AI safety

You must not use SWRFlow to upload, request, generate, edit, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, NSFW, or otherwise prohibited content.

You must not use the service for face-swap, deepfake, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized depictions of minors, harassment, threats, violence, self-harm instructions, regulated goods, malware, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

SWRFlow may block prompts, uploads, generation requests, accounts, or outputs that appear to violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Commercial use license

Monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and paid credit packs include a commercial use license for images, videos, and music generated using those paid credits. SWRFlow grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, perform, and incorporate those outputs into commercial projects, to the extent of the rights SWRFlow holds and is entitled to grant.

Permitted commercial uses include advertising, product marketing, client deliverables, social media, and monetized content. Generated music may also be used in video soundtracks, podcasts, advertisements, and other commercial productions. You may deliver those outputs to clients for use in their projects under the same license conditions. SWRFlow does not charge an additional commercial-use royalty. The license for outputs already generated with paid credits continues after your subscription ends or your remaining credits expire, subject to these terms.

This license does not grant rights in third-party material, waive applicable model-provider restrictions, or guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, registrable, or free of third-party claims. It does not transfer ownership of SWRFlow software, model technology, or other users' content.

Scope of the license

Any applicable restrictions imposed by the underlying model provider remain in effect. SWRFlow can grant only rights it holds or is authorized to grant. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs and outputs.

Your uploads, references, and third-party permissions

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, references, project data, and other material you submit. You must own that material or have all permissions needed to upload it, have it processed by AI providers, create adaptations, and use the resulting output for your intended purpose, including commercial use.

These permissions may include copyright and trademark licenses, image and video licenses, rights to musical compositions, lyrics, samples and sound recordings, font licenses, and permissions relating to a person's likeness, voice, privacy, or publicity rights. This applies to lyrics, reference audio, vocals, and other musical material you provide for generation or editing. Permission to view or possess material does not necessarily include permission to use it for AI generation or commercial publication.

When uploading client or employer material, you must have authority to submit and use it for the project. Where another person's consent or a guardian's permission is required by applicable law, you must obtain it before submission and retain evidence of that permission. SWRFlow's commercial use license does not provide these third-party permissions on your behalf.

Review outputs before publishing or delivering them to a client. You are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions needed for your actual use, avoiding misleading endorsements, and complying with applicable AI-content disclosure requirements and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not upload or generate content that infringes rights, violates law, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

Independent product and third-party models

SWRFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party AI model providers. Model names shown in the product identify integrations or provider options only.

Third-party model providers may apply their own safety, availability, and usage rules. A generation request may be blocked or fail if it violates those rules.

Service availability

AI generation depends on model providers, storage providers, payment providers, and network availability. We work to keep the service reliable, but provider delays, safety blocks, or temporary failures may happen.
