Questions before processing
What to expect from Image Resizer.
Can I keep the original aspect ratio?
Yes. Aspect ratio lock is enabled by default. Changing either width or height updates the other dimension automatically.
What are the output limits?
The output can be up to 10,000 pixels on either side and up to 40 megapixels total.
Does resizing improve a low-resolution image?
No. This tool resamples pixels but does not invent missing detail. AI upscaling is a separate workflow.
Are transparent images supported?
Yes with PNG or WebP output. JPEG fills transparent areas with white because the format has no alpha channel.
