Do higher plans unlock different tools or resolutions?
Creator, Studio and Scale share the same creative tools and model options. Higher plans provide more monthly credits at a lower cost per credit. Resolution, duration, reference inputs and audio depend on the selected model, not the subscription tier.
Can I use my outputs commercially?
Yes. Monthly plans, annual plans and paid credit packs include a commercial use license for images, videos and music generated with paid credits. Use them in ads, client deliverables and monetized content without an additional royalty to SWRFlow. This license continues for those outputs after your subscription ends. The full license scope and content responsibilities are set out in our Terms of Service.
Will my downloads have a watermark?
SWRFlow does not add its own watermark when storing or delivering generated files. A model may include visible markings or embedded provenance, and source material may already contain marks. These are not removed by your subscription.
How many videos does my plan include?
The counts on each card assume all credits are used for 10-second Seedance 2.0 Mini videos at 720p, without audio or reference media. You can spend your credits on any listed model, including images and music. Your actual video count depends on the models and settings you use.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid upfront at 20% less than 12 monthly payments. The large price is the monthly equivalent; the full annual charge is shown beneath it. Credits are issued each billing month throughout the paid year, rather than all at once.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing month and do not roll over. Credit packs expire 30 days after purchase. When you have both, the credits closest to expiry are used first.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. Buy a pack on its own or use one to top up an existing subscription. Every pack is valid for 30 days.
What happens if a generation fails?
Estimated credits are reserved when you submit a task. When the task settles, unused reserves eligible for a return are released automatically. Returned credits retain their original expiry; a return does not extend their validity. A task already sent to a model provider may still incur charges if you cancel it.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your account to view billing and manage your subscription. Canceling stops future renewals; already granted credits keep their original expiry. For billing or refund help, contact support@swrflow.com with your account email and order ID.
